West Virginia has been languishing for decades at the bottom of nearly every list measuring health and prosperity, and our state’s resistance to change is undermining our ability to fix problems now and prepare for the future. I am a moderate Democrat with a deep passion for public service and I believe my experience with technology and community development in the non-profit sector can help lift West Virginia off the bottom.

The Eastern Panhandle can be a bridge to economic prosperity for all of West Virginia, but we are held back when nearly three-quarters of our population do not have broadband Internet access and we lack adequate mental health and rehabilitation resources to address the epidemic of substance abuse. There are many challenges facing Jefferson and Berkeley counties, but I look forward to hearing your concerns and sharing my vision for our future.
